The typical timings for weddings are as follows;
- 3pm: Afternoon drinks (optional acoustic set)
- 4.30pm: Dinner (optional background music & mic for speeches)
- 6pm-6.30pm: Band Arrival
- 7pm: Party music
- 8.15pm: First dance & first set
- 9.15pm: Break
- 10pm: Second Set
- 11pm: Finish
- 12am: Standard party music finish
- 1am Extended party music finish
Please note that these timings are somewhat flexible, usually +/- 30 minutes. And some venues have music cut-off at 11pm, so we try to shorten the break and start a little earlier at these venues.
Yes, usually for weddings this is usually the first dance. You can also let us know your top 10 preferences from the repertoire list so we can be sure to weave them in!
We take on average 45-60 mins to set up depending on the load in.
Yes – we can perform live as an acoustic act, or provide background music through the PA.
Yes – all included in the price. You won’t have to hire any additional equipment in.
For large events we might suggest a higher fee to hire a bigger PA and possibly an upgraded lighting system. For more info, please email regarding the PA/lighting upgrades and we will be happy to help!
Yes, although not ideal, we often work at venues with noise limiters and can work with the venue to ensure this is not a problem.
No. We put on party music at all times we are not playing. Usually this is 7pm-12am. But have options to extend this earlier from approx 3pm. and extended later until 1am.
Yes, as long as we have three weeks’ notice we will learn the first dance of your choice.
We have played in some very small spaces, but ideally a minimum of around 2.5m x 5m.
2 x 13-amp sockets are fine for our system.
